I gotta go with pump it on this one. Did you know that you burn the exact same amt of calories running a mile as walking??? The reason people run is because it is less time consuming. I have to jog at least 6.5 mph in order for me to feel like i am actually working. Now, I havent got that great of results either, but mainly b/c of my diet. I just dont have the appitite to eat 5-6 meals a day. I used twin labs mass fuel for protein, each serving filled an entire blender, and only gave me 42 grams of protein. I dont know that many people that could finish 3 blender sized chocolate shakes and still have room for (chicken, steak, fish) a natural source of protein. You're supposed to eat 1-1.5 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight, so thats like 3 shakes and 60-140 more grams of protein (me weighing in at 175). I just cant eat that much. I also cant figure out that when i take a fat loss supplement (ie xenadrine (now taking zenotrope), the hunger suppressant in the pills make me so full i can maybe get down 1 tiny meal a day. I heard that not eating causes your body to store everything if it feels threatened by starvation. I dont want my body to start looking to eat my muscles as a source of energy, instead of body fat. Well, it maybe a lost cause, but there is my "2 cents".
