how many supplemets do you guys take?

hey all. what was once a hobby, has turned into a lifestyle.
from working out half ass 2-3 times a week because it was an escape (time to myself) and eating like shit (pizza 3-4 times a week. not too hard when you have a 6 year old that wont eat anything else), i have become an obsessed being.
i have totally changed my workouts, changed my eating habits (girlfriend cant believe it. she thought i couldnt give up my pizza) and feel better than ever!!

i would take the occasional protein shake, with nothing else.

now i find myself taking over 11 supplements daily.
am i suffering from obsessive compulsive disorder or is anyone else taking this and more?

i have to tell ya, i have never looked or felt as good! the gym owner was talking to me and said he was very impressed. said he couldnt believe how much my body had changed.

what are some the must haves that you guys take daily as supplements?

i now have a total different view and absolute admiration to all of you that have been able to do this for so long. i wish i would have done it sooner.

BTW, in the process my son now wants to be more like me ( doesnt want pizza as often and he has actually tried VEGETABLES!!!!! doesnt like many of them, but atleast he has tried them. nice to know it is such a positive influence and doesnt see me as a couch potato!!!!

guide me in ther right direction of must take supplemets.

Dunno, all I do is multi-vitamins and protien shakes and flax oil.

If you are eating well, that's all you should need.
 
Protein-Isolate, Whey, Casein
Creatine-Swole v2
Glutamine-EnerGy by AF
Nitrous
Multivitamin
Calcium
Flax
Dextrose
Olive Oil
 
it's easy to fall into the suppliment trap. I try to keepit to the basics:

ON Whey
G-Plenish
Swole V2
R-ALA
multi vit
flax/olive oil
 
canes,
gives pumps and vascularity. Made by syntax (sp), same as swole v2. Actually starting it Monday, but have heard many good things. I'll keep you posted
