Having trouble determining how many sets I should do per body part. Im in my early 20's and on my 4th cycle. When Im off I usually do 10-15 sets per bodypart. I don't think I over train but have been told by people that I have a tendency to over do it sometime. Truth is I dont feel like i get the best results if I'm not doing a lot of sets. I'm on 50 mg of dbol each day and 250 mg of test E every 4 days. I do one body part every day and usually take 2 days off and do abs and cardio on the off days. An example of my week is
Mon- Chest
Tues-Legs- (lots of squats)
Wed-Abs
Thurs-shoulders
Friday-Back and traps
Sat-Arms
sun-Abs
I would like to here any insight anyone has to offer of how many sets is good for best results while ON a cycle. I usually do 20-25 while On. Thanks
