for the guys who are tryin to lean out with no AAS...what is the best training regimen...10-12 reps per set , or still tryin to go heavy as possible with 6-8reps per set??...i miss being on AAS and i have no strength ego to keep my reps from 6-8reps...right now im more comfortable with 10-12 reps and have added cardio 5x a week at 40min tread-walkin...yeah it is kinda weak but i think im lookin more attractive now than when i was big and bloated...im jus goin for the lean fitness look...
