I usually do between 8 and 10, sometimes i go heavier, even to as low as three reps, but those sessions are few and far between. I used to go maximum weight i could get for 4 to 6 on bench every workout, now i have even changed that, for sake of my poor shoulders. I usually do one heavy chest day, then the next week I dont push as hard. This has helped my joints a lot, and even helped my pec development somewhat I think.-WULF
