I hate shopping for shoes, it's like waterboarding. It's some twisted form of torture if you don't have "average" feet (I wear an 11 and have a narrow heel). I own:

2 pair sneakers - same style/brand (when I find something that fits I have a tendency to buy multiples).
2 pair dress shoes - both black, one flat/one heels.
2 pair sandles - Literally, $5 a pair, one step away from flip flops.
1 pair winter boots.

Not making that up. I hate everything about shopping but shoes are the worst.

My husband can walk into a shoe store, take something off the sale rack and usually find a pair that's comfortable in two or three tries. I hate him. I go to the sale rack and it looks like shit a tranny with bad taste wouldn't touch

Considering I'm 5'9" with a large frame no, they're not. I wear a size 9 ring, women's gloves are always too short, coats bind in the biceps or across the shoulders ... I don't live in a one size fits all world *shrug* Hell, my son, first and only pregnancy, 2 ounces shy of 9 lbs. Fucker outgrew birth to six months before he was two months old.
