I'm not going to include the lunges Corn has me starting because I have no balance for them and am using very light weight.

5 sets sprints apx. 220 yard

squats 5 X 5
hack squats 2 X 8-10
leg press 2 X 20

straight leg deadlifts 3 X 6
leg curls 3 X 20-30

5-6 sets calves
