Having said that, personally I'm a big believer in cardio, though, not just because (FOR ME!) I just "feel" leaner & less flabby, but because it's nice to be able to climb my 20 flights of stairs in my building when the piece of shit elevators are broken and STILL be able to help a hot chick with her groceries without running out of breath![]()
