after every workout, i give him half a dose each of creatine, glutamine and bcaa's mixed with half a 32oz bottle of powerade zero...after this season is over, i'll also throw in a scoop of muscle milk mixed with 8oz of whole milk 2 times a day (first thing in the morning and post workout)...building a better beast

i can knock out 80 to 100...he'll probably pass me by mid-summer, though...he's so young, he doesn't even know any better...i just ask him if he's ready to go and he always says "yup!"
