Better safe than sorry. I get a sharps container from CVS. It's like $4. They take it for free when you fill it up. I think they send it to a medical waste disposal place. Or a Jersey beach.

Placed in strong plastic or metal containers with screw-on or tightly secured lids (examples include empty bleach bottles, liquid detergent bottles, plastic milk jugs, or coffee cans. Strong tape should be used to secure the lid of coffee cans.)
• Once the container is full and sealed, it can be placed in the regular household trash.

drsketch said:I never knew that was a law in CO., that a new law? I lived their for sometime. My buds always just disposed of them in a hard container or coffee can and sealed the device prior to putting in trash.
eddymerckx said:yea, it is not really directed at the average person but at docs that did not want to pay for biohazard disposal ($$$) so they would just dump stuff in public containers.... but it can & has been used againt individuals when they had nothing else (clean house). usually its just the basis for a warrant. there is an unwritten rule in colo that they do not go after either the records of those prepaid biohazard sharps disposal containers nor do they open them(plus their is some kind of grey area re: federal law)--but that could change or if was being used to for storage of unused gear.

i peel the labels off and toss the blank vial in the trash wrapped in some sort of padding

*your blood is on needle ..DNA testing today could tie you to it with no way out (I mean, how many jacked monsters live at your house? ..condo complex? ..apt complex?) ..if your DNA is already on file it's that much easier
*AAS is also on the needle ..ummm yeah ..enough said there + don't forget, if you're jacked ..your body is eveidence ..you're a walking confession swole said:here's a question - what do you guys do with your empty vials?

When I got there he very casually produced a baggie with a 23g 1.5" 3cc terumo and a used alcohol swab w/ wrapper. He told me they found it when doing a dumpster-dive in my can. He then proceeded to ask me if it contained meth. I guess my broken down 220lb physique and rotten teeth made him think I was a junkie. lol
Ever since then I store them in a detergent bottlle and take them to the landfill personally.
BTW the pin contained 1-test cyp which at the time was legal to purchase in powder form. Man I miss those days!
