Fruits, veggies, chicken, fish, turkey and lamb.


I have mastered stir fry veggies.


But the smell of olive oil makes me want to hurl.

I'm eating about 300-350g protein daily, 150g carbs from oatmeal and wheat toast, and around 25g fat.

Haven't lost much weight, but have leaned up and gained some strength. Getting a bit tired of it though.
 
I've been dieting since January 5. Just doing a lower calorie diet. Trying to eat equal rations of protein/fat/carbs and eat cleaner carbs.

So far I've lost 7lbs. I know some of that is water, but I have definitely lost some fat. Doesn't look like I've lost much muscle either. ;)
