if that were true how do pro bbrs take 500-700 that they say they do, and what about 1.5 grams per pound a 250 lb guy would have to eat 375 grams per day divided by only 35 grams per serving is almost 11 meals a day,no way

Are you gassy throughout the day? If so you are probably taking in too much protein per meal (and not assimilating it adequately, thus producing flatulence)...If no, then try increasing your protein per meal slowly...
