The biological fact of a woman's vaginal canal being able to expand enough to pass a baby is not the heart of the issue here. FWIW- Medical texts indicate that considerable preparation required for expansion of that magnitude. However, the key question is how many fingers can be inserted into a given woman's vagina to reach the threshold of producing a snug fit-not stretching to see how big the thing can get.
What we are talking about here is the female equivalent to the male penis girth measurments. In other words, how big the vaginal opening and the canal are in circumference in both their naturual, relaxed and aroused states.
I used to work at a company that made gyno medical devices, and I know what I would use to measure these key dimensions in a woman(as well as friction/pressure at a given circumference), but I don't think women are as willing to be measured and ranked according to their genital dimensions as men are. I think alot of women would complain that having their genitalia measured in this manner and being ranked according to their sexual desirablity from these measurements would be "objectifying" them.
