Here is what I do........and I win........
SUN MON TUES:
Sodium load/NO CARBS/2 gallons water daily.......
WED:
Stop all sodium/carb load begins with protein at every OTHER meal, and very very very low fat...basically NO fat..../1/2-3/4 of a gallon of water today...I go with 1/2 if I find I don't need the extra 1/4
Thurs:
Same as Wed, but water goes to only 1/4 gallon.
Fri: 24 oz is my limit of water, and the rest is the same again....
Sat: Chew gum and pray.......however, if u did the sodium load right and properly used diuretics (LASIX SUCKS ASS), then u should be dry, ripped, and HUGE!
