I train my chest and tri's 2x a week (mon & thur) b/c when I was only doing them once a week, I wasn't getting good results. I would blast the hell out of them in the gym...be sore for 3 or 4 days, but I wasn't getting the results I wanted. Once I started doing them 2x a week, my bench went up about 30lbs in 2.5 months. I still only work my legs, bi's and back once a week.
