3x a week for me. I try to do 4 for cutting 3 for bulking. Have to balance training with time with my kids and it's a tough balance some days. But I NEVER miss my 3x.
madcow 5x5 is 3 times a week, no way you can make it 4 times. max-ot is similar in the way that it is centred around heavy weight and getting stronger in order to get bigger and thast can be a 4 day split...
hey bro to be honest with you it depends, i tend to workout 4x a week when bulking hit a bodypart once a week, when im cutting im at the gym 5x to 6x a week due to a lot of cardio and abs also i like hiting the big bodyparts 2x a week for more definition and hitting it a different angles
