how many calories should i be eating for muscle gain?

i'm 6'2 and pathetically skinny at about 132. i can't seem to figure out how many calories i need to gain weight because i don't have a scale and my weight fluctuates a lot. i am currently eating about 2400 but i don't know if that's enough. i lift weights 4 times a week for 30-45 minutes and i run about 3 miles a day (track). i want to gain muscle without adding a lot of fat. my goal weight is to be around 155. can anybody help?
 
AS hard as this may be, you should increase you calorie count to around 4000-4500 a day and approx. 150 grams of portien a day for your weight.

Also, what kind of foods are you eating? You don't want to eat just for the sake of eating either. Clean food is key. Good fats, Complex carbs etc.

How long have you been lifting?
 
the running is hurting your muscle development almost as much as your lack of food. i would eat at least 5 700 cal meals per day all with 40+ grams of protein 60+ grams of carbs and 10+ grams of fat. eat a lot of steak and potatoes with a small portion of greens with every meal.
 
i would not count calories if i were you

i would just eat 6-8 meals a day with some protein and lots of carbs to fill my stomach.

and i would constantly pig out on heavy workout days...

just as said above..u need to live in the kitchen....eat eat and EAT. dont worry about putting on a lil bit of fat..its gonna happen whether u like it or not and it will actually benefit u.
