i'm 6'2 and pathetically skinny at about 132. i can't seem to figure out how many calories i need to gain weight because i don't have a scale and my weight fluctuates a lot. i am currently eating about 2400 but i don't know if that's enough. i lift weights 4 times a week for 30-45 minutes and i run about 3 miles a day (track). i want to gain muscle without adding a lot of fat. my goal weight is to be around 155. can anybody help?
