How low do you keep your sugars while cutting?

Just wondering how low everyone keeps their sugar intake while cutting. Being my first cutting cycle, this is the first time really monitoring it and wondered if 60-70 is high? My carbohydrate intake is about 150 and I weigh 200lbs....
 
that is about normal. I fluctuate between 40-55...but i usually keep my carbs pretty low. and increase fat intake

Ditto. Best thing to do, lower the carbs for decreased blood glucose/insulin sensitivity for greater fat oxidation and intake more fats to meet energy requirements and prevent test levels from dropping too low.
 
Well it depends, what do you feel safe doing and what works best for you? High fats, low carbs or moderate carbs and low fat? Many people have good success with lowering carbs and upping fats and protein as in a CKD, (though CKD is no carbs), where ketones (byprods of fatty acids and body fat) are used for energy instead of carbs, nice way to lean up and very protein sparing as compared to a moderate carb, low fat diet where the body will tend to convert protein to glucose as it is still heavily dependent on glucose (carbs) for energy. Seeing as you weigh 200 lbs, I would consume 250g of protein, and around 150g of fat (200x12, 2400 cals/day to begin losing weight) and hardly any carbs to cut down, though whats your bf% at?
 
BF is around 10.8% - Carry it all in the midsection, but have a 30 inch waste... That can sum up my frame. That much fat? What kinds of foods.... I apologize for the naivity, but I have never eat like that.
 
well my protein is about 350 grams daily. M-F:

6am-50g whey shake, 8am 6 egg whites 1/2 oatmeal, 1030am- 4 pieces pollack or white fish, 1230-one chicken breast, 2 tbs mct, 2pm 50g whey shake, 5pm-Coffee, chicken or turkey, one bag romaine lettuce, 630-10 egg whites, 3 tbs mct, TRAIN, 830pm- chicken, turkey or egg whites again.

Saturday during midday- change to 12oz. natural peanut butter.
Sunday same

Depending on energy I will add a sweet pototoe here and there. or more oatmeal. Granted this is my contest diet (right now)...off season I always add more carbs.

I try to not add fat with carbs if I don't have too. But sometimes I do just to fill out a little.
