Ive been on diesel for about two weeks and to be honest i havent noticed anything. I feel the same size is same so is strength... does it take longer to start working??

pretty solid to be honest. im only taking 3 caps a day. should i bump up to 4?...

What does "solid" mean?

Are you in caloric defecit to lose fat or are you trying to bulk and gain mass?
