How long to fall in Love again ?

How long after you’ve had you’re heart broken does it take before you can have feelings for someone again? I’ve met the perfect women for me and we get along great but I’m just not falling for her yet. I can’t figure out if it’s because I am afraid to get hurt or it’s just not in the stars. It’s been two years since my last serious relationship. Should I keep seeing her and hope my feelings change or tell her how I feel now? I think she’s getting very close to me.

if it happens it happens. i was in the same boat for a bit. never looked at another girl the same after the ex. until one came along out of no where a few months back. but to tell you the truth i think she's wore off. i thought i liked her a lot more than i did i guess. hang in there and see how it goes. dont tell her you're not sure yet.

Its hard. my ex really fucked me up. I dont look at women the same anymore but I still know that there are good ones out there. Its just really hard to commit. Now what I do is become really good friends with them before I even consider dating them.

If you really like this girl then dont give up. eventually you might realise that shes a good women and youll fall in love with her. theres not very many left so dont throw it all away because your ex hurt you.
