Four weeks tops, IMHO. For me it just makes more sense to eat 5-6 well balanced meals and workout with heavy weights 3 days a week all the time. Thats just me though.
I'm doing a 6 week cutter, then bulking again to add LBM for 4 weeks, and cutting again for 6 weeks... but this time making it much easier to lean out because of fast metabolism
