How long from food to fat???

Ok, you ingest a full fat fried breakfast at 7am. At lunch you add a high fat desert. You then hit the cardio for an hour in the evening, say 7pm, burning an average of 400-500 calories per session.

Will the body burn up all those unwanted calories, or will this have already been stored as body fat?

May sound a rather blunt question but very curious and interested for a justified answer.

IMO and experience ...
Fat intake does not make fat on the body. This is not to say you can load up on lard.

Sugar makes fat on the body. And that includes the flour and grain products that convert.

As for when it is converted and stored ... and when you should apply cardio to attack these 2 meals ... I haven't a scientific clue. I see all this as a continuim, flowing from day to day ... intake, process, tearing down, burning, rebuilding ... As you moved around before cardio you burned.

regardless of what you eat bro, it is TOTAL calories what matters.

You could get fat eating 5000 cals/day of the leanest chicken breast.

As for how long it takes? no idea, probably digestion time plus a couple of hours...
