i usually do about 90 minutes monday wednesday and friday with 30 minutes of rowing and running at the end of each session then on weekends i do one day of just cardio for 2 hours
New guy here. Been training for ages but I am researching my first cycle here. Any way.. 4 or 5 days a week, 45 - 60 minutes a day, so not as to overtrain myself or let my test levels drop to much.
