not too long ago i realized I wasn't eating enough.....now that I look back at when I made the best gains, it was when I had access to/made an effort to eat a ton.....it makes all the difference.
sleep comes easy...because I am somewhat lazy and like to nap.
the weights...I am more likely to overtrain than not, so DC is great.
