Those three things being:
1. eating enough and the right kinds of Food
2. Moving the wieghts and not being a puss no matter how much you want to give up or how much it hurts
3. plenty of sleep.
Sorry if Im beating a dead horse here, I just had to vent, I have had a few key instances(I wont go into them) in the past week, and I am reminded daily by ignorant people at the gym, in regular life, and on the internet, that I just have to get this off my chest.
Everyone puts thier trust and relies on stupid suppliments/other things to do the job. And are not willing to take matters into thier own hands. they have a shitty diet and do not even get close to enough sleep, but they have that new NO2 that is supposed to raise crap levels by 400%.
I finally came to this conclusion about a year ago, after about 3 years of decent lifitng. I just wish I would have found this out earlier.
Now when I hear people talking about "the new breakthough supplements" I want to slap them in the face and tell them to stop being momma's boys, suck it up and just lift already.
