I toss back a Glucorell-R and two Cardio breeze the moment the alarm goes off and by the time i do the morning..er.. um.. take a piss and shave my tongue i am ready for some pure maltodextrin and ISO AGB protein (i get up at around 4am, so i feel your pain.) By the time i shower and whip on my Y.E.S., get dressed, grab work and gym attire and hit the gym its around 5-5:15 and i am ready to Kill Some Shit.
I know Ulter, Bunny, mightyT and others do the wickedly Effective Grapefruit Juice and ISO AGB, and have had great success with it, i am thinking of giving that a shot as well. Its in Bunny's journal on the Fatale Training Forum, i am quite sure....
