how long between pre workout meal and work out

like the topic says guys....how long do u guys wait between ur pre work meal and when u start working out...thanks for the help guys
 
That depends entirely on you... but if ya wanna get technical on it: it depends on what you are eating. What do you consider Pre Workout Nutrition?

10mg superdrol
1 scoop protein powder
.5 cups oats
8 oz fat free milk

45 minutes minimum to take advantage of the carbs from the oats... the higher the GI of the sugars the closer to training you can consume them and use them as fuel.

hey ghede...do u think i should replace the oats with some other carb so i can work out a little earlier...btw i work out early in the morning (5 am)

I toss back a Glucorell-R and two Cardio breeze the moment the alarm goes off and by the time i do the morning..er.. um.. take a piss and shave my tongue i am ready for some pure maltodextrin and ISO AGB protein (i get up at around 4am, so i feel your pain.) By the time i shower and whip on my Y.E.S., get dressed, grab work and gym attire and hit the gym its around 5-5:15 and i am ready to Kill Some Shit.

I know Ulter, Bunny, mightyT and others do the wickedly Effective Grapefruit Juice and ISO AGB, and have had great success with it, i am thinking of giving that a shot as well. Its in Bunny's journal on the Fatale Training Forum, i am quite sure....
 
I take my PureCEE and carb up 45 minutes before my workout. Post workout is after a shower, and it is always carbs and protein.
