YOU'RE MISSING THE POINT. STANDARD OR NOT (WHICH IT'S NOT, I UTLIZE 4% THAT HAS A TOTAL OF 9 GRAMS OF FAT FOR 8 OUNCES, THEN COOKED ON THE FOREMAN REDUCES IT EVEN MORE) YOU ARE EATING THIS CRAP W/WHITE POTATOES, ONE OF THE HIGHEST GI FOODS ON THE PLANET.
YOU REALIZE THAT A BURGER WITH THE BUN IS BAD FOR YOU, RIGHT? WELL, YOUR POTATO IS BASICALLY THE SAME THING AS THAT FRIGGIN' BUN. SO, NUTRITIONALLY YOUR BODY SEES/REACTS TO YOUR CHOICE HERE AS IF IT WERE A REGULAR HAMBURGER W/THE BUN!
