How healthy are plain beef patties from Wendy's?

Lately I've been going there and getting 1/2lb of plain hamburger patties (no buns or other toppings) and a baked potato from wendy's. I'm guessing the beef is 86% lean ground.

Anyone know exact numbers and if these are bad are bad for u or not.
 
Well I went to their site. 1/2lb of beef is 26g fat / 38g of protein / 0 carbs. Really thats not bad at all, combined that with a baked potato and you have a complete meal at wendy's on the go for $3.50.

That's horrible.

A white potato (very high gi carb) mixed with that much saturated fat from beef.

Bad idea and a shitty meal. May as well just have the burger w/the bun and nix the potato, same thing!!

Along what lines are you thinking? 26grams of fat in one sitting is a fucking shitload, especially since a huge chunk of it is saturated.
 
What's wrong with white potatoes? Those and chicken breast have been the staple of my body-building food.

As far as 26g of fat, isn't that pretty standard for 1/2 lb (8oz) of red meat?
 
Muscle and Fitness just had an article on what to eat if you have to eat fast food. They listed the good items from all the chain restaurants

Jones....I'm upset bro...I thought you had your diet dialed in.......damn...........I havent eaten fast food in over 6 years.........I have a hard time using the fing pisser in those chains......only thing I'd even consider would be a salad and hopefully I had a tuna pack or MRP in my truck......cmon bro.....PREPARE!

YOU'RE MISSING THE POINT. STANDARD OR NOT (WHICH IT'S NOT, I UTLIZE 4% THAT HAS A TOTAL OF 9 GRAMS OF FAT FOR 8 OUNCES, THEN COOKED ON THE FOREMAN REDUCES IT EVEN MORE) YOU ARE EATING THIS CRAP W/WHITE POTATOES, ONE OF THE HIGHEST GI FOODS ON THE PLANET.
YOU REALIZE THAT A BURGER WITH THE BUN IS BAD FOR YOU, RIGHT? WELL, YOUR POTATO IS BASICALLY THE SAME THING AS THAT FRIGGIN' BUN. SO, NUTRITIONALLY YOUR BODY SEES/REACTS TO YOUR CHOICE HERE AS IF IT WERE A REGULAR HAMBURGER W/THE BUN!
