Been doing this just about every week...initially could barely get 75 reps with 45, now using about 110 on the seated calf raise and calves are coming along great.

his calves look fantastic and I use nelson's calf workout myself, it is tremendous. I love that seeing that vein pop out after a set and seeing the calf bulge.
