Let me start out by saying that I am by no means looking to resemble a WWF wrestler, I am 165lbs and I want to gain 15lbs.
I'm an ectomorph, so obviously I can eat anything and not even dream of getting fat.
I want to know where I can find information on a diet that will work for me. Can anyone recommend a book? Or perhaps you are an ecto too and care to share your diet?
I know I'll have to intake 4000+ cals a day and 200g of protien if I even want to dream about gaining 15lbs, but I have no idea how to do this.
My body fat is extremely low, I have a sixpack from doing nothing, when I work out I get shreded but just don't gain any mass.
