My calves are different that CoolColJ's. When i want to stretch the outside of my calve, i point my toes outward (away from my body) and then go down on my heal. I get a super stretch on the outside. Conversly, to get the stretch on the inside, i either go toes strait forward, or slightly inward.
And just so i am clear, when i say outside of the calve, i think of the more lateral part of the leg.
