How do you pronounce the food Gyro?

If you are talking about the Greek meat dish everybody so far was wrong and its Geeross but with a real, (scottish) R and a real (arabic or german or dutch) G

Lol. I could pronounce the name of that place, but Fifi was scary and I couldn't tell her no, her food was icky. However, despite the fact that I can pronounce her establishment, I won't be back there either.

right on. but since you ango-american dudes can't pronounce the G the way you're supposed to, just pretend you're about to spit and make that sound you do before you collect your spit and are just about ready to launch one.
