how do you prep red meat?

I’m looking for some advice and tips on prepping red meat in the future
right now the only ways that I am making that are on the grill but I’m not a good chef at all
what other options are there to making red meat and storing it for the week so I can get in some extra protein
how do you do it with most success?

a good tip when it comes to red meat especially if it's a thick cut is make sure you allow the core of the meat to warm up otherwise when you grill it you'll overcook the outside and undercook the inside unequally
so you might want to lay it out on the counter for a couple hours if it was in the fridge

you can use an air fryer some people like it that way
