how do you peeps take in your flax/olive oils?

I Spray it on my food.
Use yer olive oil on food, salad dressing as mentioned, toss your whole wheat pasta in it, mix it with balsamic vinegar and dip your bread in it, drizzle it on your chicken, toss veggies in it, the list goes on as long as you have a nice flavorful oil. For this, dont get extra virgin, because it is so light it lacks flavor, virgin is great.
As a side note......extra virgin? WTF is an extra virgin????? I want one!!

Flax -- as part of a salad dressing or in a protein shake
Olive Oil -- I cook with it, salad dressing, just drizzle it over food, etc
And Pintoca -- you can buy a Mister from a kitchen store that you pour the olive oil into it and the mister allows you to use the bottled oil as a spray....

I used to just down the UDO's in the morning. Before my oatmeal.. But I have been adding peanut butter to it instead.. So after my workout I don't feel like dealing so I wimped out and got the gel caps... Yeah I am a geek

Thanks for the tip, but is nasty when drunk as fast as possible, I don't think I want to baske in its flavor by misting it over my food!!! Rather drink it quickly and thought it never happened!!!

You think Olive Oil tastes bad?? Hmmmmmm, I love it!! Especially EVOO......
And a spoonful mixed into Rice & Chicken doesn't even taste like anything to me....

Jen, what time it is where you at? here is 11:30 pm adn what I am doing? well, laying on the couch with my laptop (this WLAN thingie is great for being lazy), checking all these threads while the wifey and the baby sleep and working out my diet/training plan for my cutting starting on April 1st (with that competition I am trying to get started)...
Boy, does life change after kids arrive...
BTW, did I mention my plan is looking sick? It is already looking like a CardioFest... I am sweating just looking at it!!!
