how do you measure your arms

ya they look small as fuck when i look down, i want huge arms that make people sick when they see them lol... when do your arms start being huge... over 20 inch unflex? i just want to know cause i'm guessing they will always look too small to me

also what is a good exercise for putting big mass on arms... (heavy standing straight bar curls?)

your arms will never look big enough. and 18" is a nice size bicep. anything over 15" is decent as long as your arm doesnt flap in the breeze like your 3rd grade english teachers did.

Hey! I resemble that remark! JK.

I have 22" arms... they STILL don't look big to me!! But, they get attention when I'm out, so I guess they look big to someone! ;)

I confess that I like to get the bulk of the tri and bi in the measurement, so the tape is slightly at an off angle... The proper way is said to be "right angle to the bone." Which, will give you a slightly smaller measurement than my cheating way. I'm not kidding anyone but myself. I wish I had 18" arms!

flex as hard as you can and mesure thats how everyone does it so lets cut the fuckin bullshit already and most do it after a arm workout

its not the same a 17 inch "fatty" arm than a 15 inch ripped arm, the harder and ripped is more impresive to the sight and makes it look bigger than they are

Get a small tape measure and just measure around cold (un flexed) and flexed (flexed)...thats it..

Cold is in the morning or before a workout. :coffee: If I pump up I can get allmost 3/4'' more than my cold mesurement.
But always flex and messure square to your arm :qt:

Also depends on the length of your arm, guys with shorter limbs always look bigger than those with longer limbs
