How do you make your protein shakes?

I'm looking for a good morning shake. I want to make a good shake with 1 scoop of protein powder and 1 tablespoon of flax seed oil. Any ingredients to make this into a good shake? It would be pretty nasty if it was just a water, protein powder, and flax seed oil mixture...

I take my flax seperately because the taste is so awefull. I would rather taste it seperately rather than have to drink 16+ ozs of fluid that taste like vomit....

I use flax seed meal, tastes kind of nutty.

Every morning
Two scoops of prot. (48g), 1 tbs ANPB, 1 tbs flax seed meal, 5g glutamine all blended with water.
I chug these down with the shake
flax seed oil capsules, a multi vit and 30g zinc.

wow-

this is simple.

get a cup. put your scoop of protein in there. then pour in the flax on top of the powder.

add like 4 ounces water, and chug.

you actually take your shake like a beverage to enjoy? fuck i just get that shit down like im taking a shot.

flax + whey + 4 ounces water = my quickmeal (inbetween the other 8 meals a day, lol)

I mix UDO's with my shake and this way it get's a little nutty taste. The taste has grown on me, so I don't find it that bad anymore.

You can always add some finely chopped nuts, splenda, a banana to the shake to make it tastier.

What about grinding up a half cup of non instand oatmeal and adding it into a shake?

That works.

I usually use oatbran or steel cut oats. The problem is, they will sink to the bottom of the glass, if not drank quickly, and you will have to spoon them out.
