I believe the same thing goes for men, The more they say how great they are... Like that one X of mine, the worse they really are. And then they play it up so much that you are expecting fireworks and explosions and you get to lie there while he thinks he's actually doing you any good.

In both cases, I think being attenative is the key. Every one is different as to what they like, or what turns them on. You have to watch body language and see what he/she responds to and go from there.
