how do you feel about this leg workout

For me, squats always come first since they're most important(and toughest). Otherwise I wouldn't be able to get the most out of them. Kinda like putting deads before rows or chins

Well, depending on your intensity, it might not be enough. I'd personally opt for more squats and SLDLs than leg curls or extensions. Also, where's the calf work?

I agree with WB, I didn't notice that you're only doing 3 sets of squats. I would double it.

Overall, it is really similar to my routine xecept I add leg extensions at the very end. A lot of people say, "well you should always perform squats first". Not necessarily. Think about it, the squat is an incredible mass builder, yet the lower back is a weak link; especially if you are a tall trainer. By starting with leg presses, you are able to physically exhaust the quads before your lower back gives out. Also, your knees and hips will be warmed up for heavy squatting. This is how I arrange my leg workout. Believe me, when I get to the squat rack, I am ready to pound out some sets with heavy weight. Keep up the good work.
