How do you eat 6 meals a day at the office?

I only eat an extra two meals at work. Here's my schedule...

7:00 - Breakfast at home
9:30 - Shake at work
12/12:30 - Lunch at work
3:00 - Shake at work
5:30 - Dinner at home
8/8:30 - Shake or other meal at home

Nobody at my work really questions anything that I do/eat. Sometimes I get funny looks or something, but I just shrug it off and keep shaking my shaker!! :chomp:
 
Since I'm often in meetings and you can't exactly "chow down" at the boardroom table without pissing everyone off. I rely on MRPs often enough. If I'm in a meeting, I just excuse myself and mix/shake one up. Chug it and return.

People just assume I either just took a shit and came back or made a quick phone call or something.

Big ole sloppy tuna sandwich at the boardroom table sure sounds amusing though! lol!

sunday make a giganitic bowl of tuna salad or chicken salad...but heres a daily ritual for me:
3 days a week wake up and run for 15 minutes=2 miles or so
breakfast- protien shake and cereal/fruit
snack #1- protien bar or shake or cottage cheese
lunch- tuna/chicken salad sandwiches and a peice of fruit
snack# 2- protien bar or shake or cottage cheese
dinner- ? high protein low carb
WORKOUT
snack#3 (postworkout)-high protein/high carb shake
snack #4 - my favorite food of all time...peanut butter and milk

i have 15 hour days normally so there is plenty of time to eat these meals and for every meal and snack i drink 32 oz's of water except near bedtime...i dont want to wet the bed
