How do you eat 6 meals a day at the office?

I tried posting this but my connection timed out, so if this is a repost, I apologize..

How do you guys eat so often if you work in an office? How many meals do you bring to work? Do you microwave everything? Do you run home to eat? Teach me the ways... :)

Do you work at a desk?

Do you have a refridgerator at the office?

I eat one meal at 10:30 am, sometimes people assume it is just a late breakfast

I either go home to eat lunch at 1pm or sit at my desk and eat again (but everyone is gone eating so nobody even knows)

I eat another meal at 4:30, that's the one that gets the most comments from people

"Didn't you eat lunch????" "What on god's earth smells so bad?" (tuna)

Ummmm. Bring meals to work maybe?

Eat breakfast.

Then one meal on cofee.

One meal on lunch.

One meal on second coffee.

Vwola.

My day:

w/o at 5am

oatmeal before I leave for work

get to work at 8:30

Turkey / Chicken and broccoli (made on Sunday for the week) around 11-12

2 tbsp. ANPB around 2-3

Tuna with flax around 5

Egg whites at home around 8

Shake b4 bed.

all you need is a fridge and some prep time at home. make it easy on yourself and cook for the week on Sunday if you can.

I've been bringing a big paper bag every day full of all my food -- protein powder, oatmeal, natural pb, whole wheat bread, tuna, and a thermos of milk. Most of the guys in my office are lazy fat-asses, so nobody has the balls to question my feeding habits. :)

Sunday evening cook-a-thons are the way to go, unless you have the time to cook everyday (I sure don't).

At my office we have a fridge, toaster oven, toaster & microwave. I brought in the toaster oven cuz it was too beat for my house & yucky, but still works.....

Each night I plan my food using fitday.com.

Schedule:

8:30 - 9 am egg whites or oatmeal

10 am egg whites or 1st lunch

12:30 pm lunch

2:30 pm another meal
