I am able to resist the cravings for months at a time, but give in every few months and literally binge on ice cream and pizza. Is there some way to get rid of cravings while mainaining?

btw: it's taking AGES to lose that final 10lbs. Pissing me off. So from now, one protein shake at night, 3 pieces of kfc chicken at lunch, 10 glasses of water, 6000mg of fish oil, 3000mg of ala. If that dosen't do it -- i'm moving to ethiopia.

ALA is not some miracle product, no matter what people say. "Cheating" is breaking your set amount of calories on a diet. ALA doesn't make those disapear.
Also, why are you eating KFC for lunch and just having one protein shake? If that's what you're doing to lose ten pounds, you might want to reserve some land in Ethiopia.
