How the hell do they do the things they do, from a strength training view point. I know that most of the flips and what not are practice and strong bodies but how the hell do they do some of those long slow press movements in weird positions while holding up other people etc. Do they lift or just practice the moves and the muscle adapts from practice. Do gymnasts weight train much or just practice there event and get huge from that. I know that it helps them to be short and light as well but damn some of those dynamic moves they do are unbelievable.
