With just a barbell or dumbbell? I'd rather not buy another bench if i don't need it (it takes up alot of room), but i can't figure out how to work my legs w/o the benchs leg extension
I have bad knees, so i can't do squats (so dumbbell squats are out), is there any exercise i can do to work my legs that doesn't require squats or a bench? is there some kind of portable leg extension or homemade one i can use. maybe a self made wooden bench (that can be folded up & removed) with some kind of homemade leg extension apparatus.
