how do i find out my maintain weight CALORIE?

Use the ratio of 12 colories per pound of lean bodyweight.

Dear Mind-Game,

Use this ratio: ALL WEIGHT x 12 ...on days you train/cardio...and on days you don't train/cardio ..try subtracting 5% from that ratio (just to make sure you're staying lean)

To answer you other post:
Yes you can get fat on Keto, but you either have to eat A LOT (I mean A LOT...1500cal over BMR w/out lifting) or you have to eat too many carbs. Also, a "carb-up" that is too extreme and becomes "eat anything that's not nailed down day", can, as a result of the overeating, lead to fat-gain.

I also have days on Keto when I feel better and days when I feel like shit. I think it's mostly mental. I've been in Ketosis for 14days straight and on the 15th I started feeling like shit, then on day 16 I felt like gold. I really thought it was all mental.

This should answer your other 2 posts.

12 X your bodyweight in lbs is a good rule of thumb, but if you really want to calculate yours, there's only one way for sure. Everyone's a little different. Take a week. Weigh first thing Sunday morning, and then write down every single thing you eat. You have to get an exact calorie count. Don't miss anything. Do this for an entire week, and make sure you get everything. then Weigh at the same time the next sunday morning. If you weigh exactly the same, then that's your maint calories. If you've gained, take what you gained and multiply by 3500 and subtract. If you've lost, add the number. Do that for a few weeks, and you'll have a good idea of your BMR calories.

ACTUALLY...gurus such as Lyle McDonald who knows this more than any of us times 100 states 13-16 x bw, and closer to 15X. This is factoring daily activity, thermic effect of food, etc.
