Hey, just make sure you stir it up reeeeeeeeeeeeally well - don't miss the chunk at the bottom that sits right in the middle. I never stir mine well enough (that would take forearm strength...), and I end up with this inedibly rock-hard chunk at the bottom after it's been in the fridge for a month. OK... a week. It never lasts that long.
