how can I get the most out of creatine?

I’m looking to get more out of creatine. I know that it has a lot of benefits with building lean muscle mass. I haven’t had a lot of success with it though in the past, but it’s been a few years since I used it. Is there any recommendations when it comes to using a supplement that contains it, or should I just go ahead and buy pure creatine?
 
i would go with cardazol. its already has creatine in the formula. its a great product and really works !

What was your expectations before?
 
I noticed a real difference in recovery time and gym performance with creatine vs no creatine. With it, I felt stronger during sets and didn’t gas out as fast. I load for a week at 20g per day, split into 4 doses, then drop to 5g daily. Staying consistent and drinking plenty of water made a big difference for me.
