hi. I really need some help cutting up. i would like a diet that works quickly and effectively and can be done in Australia.
I go to the gym 1.5 hrs 4 x per week, doing various lifting etc,
and run 4 x per week.
I am not a real carb eater, i dont like bread, pasta and only eat minimal brown rice.
i love vegies and friut and coffee, i also have a sweet tooth, and like flax oil on salads.
Please help i have tried alot but nothing works.
