I'm way out of whack. My neck is way to big for my body. It's between 18 and 18.5. Arms are maybe 17? Small but little bones make em look ok. I haven't been able to do much for them in 5 almost 6 months due to injurys.

My legs are an embarrassment, but quads are 25.5" and calves are only
15 3/4", but getting there.
Ya, my bi's are 2" bigger than my calves, really trying to work on that and attain some nice symmetry.

I have no idea. I was 244.5lbs in my avi, I am 270 now. So I couldn't even begin to guess. I don't like to mess with the tape measure, messes with my mind too much! LOL
