I think the formal orders were cut for JAX. BNAS demanded a final list of who, what. where because 300 locals are losing their jobs too and the ME DOL needed to know where everyone was headed before they started offering job training to those losing their jobs

i hate the goverment. they only care about themselves. the military folks can just get transfered but the civilians get fucked. some towns depend deeply on the military base for their economic growth. as soon as the base shuts down the town dries up.
