Do you guys think it would be bad to make blended meals of whole food to eat/drink throughout the day? The thing is, sometimes during work or school, I dont have enough time to sit down and eat a meal, chewing everything bit for bit. Sometimes at work I may only get a few minutes break to get something in me...which isnt enough time for me. So this makes things a little more difficult. So, I thought shakes 2-3 a day would be a good solution. While I could go out and by the sugar filled MRP's at the health stores, I'd rather save on cash and make something a little more wholesome with quality nutrients and something that is a little cheaper. Do you think it makes any difference how the food is injested as long as you get your required amounts of c/p/f? As gross as it may sound to some, though to others its nothing new, I was gonna blend tuna into these MRP's as a source of protein (better than supplemental form) and sometimes whey. I found some good recipes only for tasty shakes too, tuna included. What do you guys think?
