Here is one:
8 servings of Protein Powder (this can vary)
4 tablespoons of Natural Peanut Butter
1 Cup of Quaker Oats (oatmeal)
2 cups of Applesauce (unsweetened)
3-4 egg whites
1 tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
Spray a nonstick cooking spray on a baking pan/dish. Mix up above and spread out evenly. Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Bake for about 20 minutes. Cut in 8 sections.
I also add some splendid to sweeten it up.
Based on using Isopure Vanilla Protein Powder, this has the following:
Cals: 278 per bar
Protein: 31g per bar
Fat: 6.25 g per bar
Carbs: 23 per bar.
You can use any protein powder.
